Claire and Meg's Wedding Story

This is the story of Claire and Meg's wedding which took place in July 2010.  These beautiful brides got engaged on a sailboat in Boston Harbor and have a shared love of everything nautical.  When designing their wedding, they wanted to keep a nautical theme without getting beachy so we went with anchors, sailboats, monkey knots and other authentic nautical elements.  They chose to marry in the contemporary Fairmont Battery Wharf Hotel in downtown Boston with about 90 dear guests, including a large, mixed-gender wedding party. 

14 Stories not only did all the planning for this beautiful wedding but we also designed all the floral decor.  The watercolor foundation covenant at the bottom was handpainted by Claire's mom and we hired a calligrapher for the lettering.
